SUMMIT IS CANCELLED DUE TO ICE STORM

We are sorry to announce that Summit 2010 will not take place this weekend due to the very hazardous ice storm in the High Country area. We are trying our best to talk to all the people and management companies we have contracts with to reduce our financial liabilities.  However, due to our financial obligations to all those involved with Summit we can not promise refunds to groups, but please know that we will try our very best to replenish lost funds.  We will be in contact with all groups and churches once we have all the details worked out.  The winter weather situation is out of our control and we all are dealing with broken hearts and disappointed young people.  We are sorry and, again, we are working for you to make the best out of a difficult situation.  We will be in touch as soon as possible!
